In-Store Pickup
Many items ordered online from Whale-Tales Archery are available for in-store pickup. It’s a simple way to get your gear without paying shipping fees.
When placing your order online, choose In-Store Pickup at checkout and select your preferred Whale-Tales Archery location. Once your order is ready, we’ll send you an email with pickup details and store-specific instructions.
For the fastest pickup, please bring your ready-for-pickup email. You may also be asked to show a valid photo ID to verify the order.
Please note:
- In-store pickup is available only for eligible items
- Pickup timing may vary based on item availability and store hours
- We’ll contact you if there is a delay or other issue with your order
Pickup Guidelines
To help make pickup quick and easy, please keep the following in mind:
- Orders are ready within an hour
- Bring your ready-for-pickup email or a valid photo ID
- Make sure your vehicle has enough space if you are picking up large items
- Come prepared to secure large or oversized items for transport if needed
There are no shipping charges for in-store pickup. Additional fees do not apply unless otherwise noted at checkout.
Frequently Asked Questions
How does pickup work when I arrive?
In most cases, you can show your ready-for-pickup email on your phone for faster service. If needed, we may ask for a valid ID to confirm your identity before releasing the order.
How long will my order be held?
We will hold your order for two weeks after it is ready for pickup. After that time, if the order has not been picked up, we may cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method.
If you think you may miss your pickup window, please contact the store as soon as possible.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes. Someone else may pick up your order for you. They should bring the ready-for-pickup email when they come to the store. We may also ask for identification to confirm the pickup details before releasing the order.
Can I pick up larger items in store?
Yes. Larger items may be available for in-store pickup. We recommend calling the store ahead of time to schedule pickup for oversized items and to confirm any special handling needs.
Please note:
- Our team can help place oversized items into your vehicle
- We cannot secure, tie down, or strap items for transport
- You are responsible for bringing the materials needed to safely secure your purchase
- We cannot perform team lifts with customers
Missed Pickup, Returns, and Exchanges
If you do not pick up your order within the two-week hold period, your order may be canceled and refunded.
After pickup, returns and exchanges are subject to Whale-Tales Archery’s standard return policy.
