Whale-Tales Archery Return Policy

We want you to feel confident when you shop with Whale-Tales Archery. If something is not the right fit, we’re here to help.

We accept returns on unused gear in resellable condition within 30 days of the fulfillment date.

To be eligible for a return, items must include all original packaging.

Please make sure your item meets the requirements below before starting a return.

Apparel must have all original tags attached, on-sales items are no returnable.

Footwear should be tried on indoors only.
Please wear the same socks you plan to use in the field to make sure the fit is right.
Do not attach the return label directly to the footwear box.
Place the footwear box inside another shipping box before sending it back.

Return shipping coverage applies to U.S. orders only. It does not apply to international orders.

Whale-Tales Archery members receive free return shipping with a prepaid label Non-Member Return Shipping.
