Whale-Tales Archery Shipping Policy

We want your order to get to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below is what to expect when it comes to order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery.

Order Processing Times

Orders placed before 11:00 AM CST will generally ship the same day.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM CST, on weekends, or on recognized holidays will generally ship on the next business day.

Estimated Shipping Timelines

Shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates based on your selected shipping method and delivery location.

Please keep in mind that delivery times may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather
  • Holidays
  • Other unexpected circumstances

For Standard Shipping orders, please allow 3 to 7 business days from the date your order is placed before contacting our support team. Even if your order takes a little longer to leave our warehouse, it will often still arrive within the delivery window shown at checkout.

The best way to see your shipping cost is to add your items to cart and enter your shipping address at checkout.

Free Standard Shipping

Members

Members in the contiguous 48 U.S. states qualify for free standard shipping.

Non-Members

Non-members in the contiguous 48 U.S. states may qualify for free standard shipping on orders over $150.

Oversized Items

Products considered oversized do not qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

Free shipping offers apply only within the contiguous 48 U.S. states.

Oversized products are excluded from free shipping, even if the order would otherwise qualify.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided so you can follow its progress in transit.

If you have not seen movement on a Standard Shipping order, please allow 3 to 7 business days from order placement before reaching out.

Delivery Delays or Issues

If your package is delayed, please note that shipping carriers may experience issues outside our control, including weather events and network delays.
