Important Compatibility Details
This custom spool only fits the v2.0 MegaMouth reel. It will not work with original MegaMouth models.

To make sure this fits your gear, check your reel before buying:

• Look for a clearly marked "2.0" near the logo on the outer cone.
• If your cone has no mark, remove the front assembly and check the bearing. A brass bearing confirms you own a v2.0 reel. A steel and black bearing means you have an original reel.

Easy Spool Replacement Instructions
Follow these simple steps to swap your line in minutes:

1. Loosen the set screws on the front of the Picatinny tube and pull out the hex set torque rod.
2. Twist the cone counterclockwise and pull to remove it.
3. Unthread the front end cap nut by turning it counterclockwise.
4. Carefully pull off the front line deflector, making sure you keep all three boss springs safe.
5. Remove the front transmission e-clip using your hands or a pair of pliers.
6. Pull off the rear line deflector.
7. Remove the entire old spool of line along with the brass bearing.
8. Take the old brass bearing out of the old spool so you can reuse it.
9. Insert your old brass bearing into the new line spool.
10. Install the new spool with the grooved bottom side facing down and the smooth surface facing up.
