The Equinox Guard Pant is built to help you stay cool, covered, and focused when insects are thick and temperatures climb. Its lightweight, breathable fabric features a raised internal grid pattern that promotes airflow, helping you stay comfortable on the move. At the same time, the high-gauge construction and full-coverage design help reduce skin exposure and limit contact with biting insects.
For added protection, the pant is treated with scent-free Insect Shield® to repel mosquitoes, ticks, ants, flies, chiggers, and midges (no-see-ums). Internal leg gaiters add another line of defense by helping prevent ticks and chiggers from reaching your skin when worn under socks. When the pace picks up, two YKK® zippered side hip vents with mesh gussets and front leg YKK® zip pockets help release excess heat while offering added storage.
UPF 50+ protection helps guard against harmful sun rays, while Polygiene® Odor Control Technology helps keep the pant feeling fresher through long days afield. A dedicated knife pocket and hidden suspender attachment points round out the design with practical utility.
